Welcome to Bearly Running!

This is a passion project. A project near and dear to my heart. And although the content on this side and all channels it appears on is currently created and run by myself, this is in no way shape or form an endeavour of one person. I have two very important people behind me, who support me vigorously on this quest. And I wouldn’t be able to do it without them, even though they try to tell me otherwise! You know who you are, so thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me!
But what is this quest, you might ask? Well, first and foremost, as egotistically as I am, this is a way to express myself and to share my thoughts. A way to hold myself accountable on my journey. A way to document the process, with all its ups and downs, and share my findings. And most and foremost, to stay true to myself and help others.
Again, what is this quest and not your reasons, you might ask? Well, the quest is simple. I want to better myself, physically and mentally. And by sharing this whole process with you in a brutally honest way, inspire you to do the same. This is supposed to be an honest account of someone who struggled with the term health, in its physical and mental form, his whole life. And although this is a beginning, it is nowhere near the beginning of this journey. But more on that later.
Live gets hard, we struggle, we fall, we want to give up, we are fatigued, our thoughts are eating us alive, things might seem hopeless, we’re barely running…
This is your helping hand! Not the one, that will go this journey for you. But the one, that will pick you up and go it with you! A helping hand that takes the unbearable and makes it bearable!
